Standard tool
• OK for all mixing, mashing, whipping, kneading,
etc.
• The scrapers are removable, but normally they
can be washed without removing.
The PVDF-scraper is a food quality plastic material.
Some foodstuffs including carrots, red beets and
tomato may cause discoloring, but there is no
hygienic risk in that.
Whipping grid (optional accessory)
• Whips cream and light mousse-type desserts
easily.
• Attaches to the standard tool center part instead
of the side scraper.
NOTE! Use only for light products.
Wash tool (optional accessory)
• Makes washing easier.
• Attaches to the standard tool center part.
Mixing hook (optional accessory)
• Makes mixing heavy or sticky products easier.
• Use in place of the standard tool side scraper.
