Mixer tool
Mixing tool can be removed in parts or in one piece. Removing the tool in one piece is easier if
you tilt the kettle approx 45° (half way).
Open outer locking handle. Grab in the middle so that you take both tool parts and the center
together. Use a silicone mitten if the tool is hot.
Protective silicone mitten is handy when touching the tool.
After removing the tool and turning its locking handles upwards (see picture)
the tool parts are easy to remove.
Connecting the tool
Hold center part with both handles upwards. Set
side parts to the holes in the center part. Lock the
smaller handle. Slide the tool over the mixer axle.
Turn the bigger handle down. Note: both handles
must be turned down as seen in the picture.
Avoid mixing very hard mixes, such as hard dough, heavy mix, frozen vegetables, or
unboiled cabbage, this can break the mixer tool or engine.
Before starting mixer let the frozen product unfreeze first, add liquid to sticky mixture, and
cook sticky products.
Only use original accessories. Do not use other tools with prohibited material (e.g
metallic tools) that can scratch the kettle surface.
