SERVICE
Press SERVICE to see Service display. Up in the
center you will see the service phone numbers, in
the left the identifying data of the kettle including
the serial number and program version.
Right in the yellow INFO screen you see the total
hours and hours since last service - plus the total
used kWhs of the kettle.
Under the center line there are 2 buttons:
RINSING where you can set a time for rinsing
the steam generator every time you start the
kettle. Use this only if there is much impurities
in the water. If there is too much calcium in the
water (hard water) it must be softened to ensure
troublefree use of the kettle.
FAULTS where you will get a traditional Faults /
remedy list of the most common problems in the
kettle use.
To go further to the Service menu you need to know
the service code.
The service menu is only for service personnel.
It does not contain any options that normal user
needs to access. Making unauthorized changes to
settings may affect safety and service life of the
kettle. Note that the kettle log stores the exact
time service menu has been accessed.
USER
In MX-kettle
pressing USER brings up the 4 user profiles. Above
the profile ENGLISH (with English language) is
selected. Other 3 profiles are called DEUTSCH,
SUOMI and SVENSKA. Press a profile to select and
to see the settings:

USER-button is located in SERVICE -display, and
opens user settings:
