Start the kettle pushing 0/I button.
Panel lights up and computer starts.
Do not use the main switch or Emergency stop switch to start and stop the kettle. The
emergency stop switch stops mixing, tilting and heating - but not the main computer!
Shutting down
Stop the programs. Hold 0/I putton pressed for a few seconds. The kettle shuts down.
Do not use the emergency stop (red-yellow)!
Do not use the main (service) switch.
Note! Shutting down takes approx. half a minute.
Cooking
Cooking (heating) is controlled by set food or jacket temperature. Note, that when cooking
water the temperature never rises over 100°C.
Normal boiling water is approx. 95°C.
The heating is stopped when the kettle is tilted.
Use mixer to make temperature differences within the kettle smaller.
Using high temperatures produces steam into the kitchen and uses more energy.
If you set a cooking time, the time starts when the set temperature is reached. The total time
includes this set cooking time AND the heat-up time.
Control by food temperature, 1…99 °C
Kettle heats food up to selected temperature and adjusts heating automatically to maintain
temperature.
USING THE KETTLE
Proving, 1…39 °C
Automatic proving program
If the set temperature is max. 39°C, the kettle
automatically sets the max. jacket temperature
to 46°C, to prevent yeast from dying.
Set food temperature
Gentle cooking 40…92 °C,
Burn prevention
If the set temperature is 40 ... 92°C, the kettle
automatically sets the max jacket temperature
to 105 °C to prevent the food from burning. This
program is recommended to milk based sauces
and soups
