A-6 — Orbitor 3000 Reference Manual

Running in BOOT mode

Generated when the bridge/router is starting in Boot mode.  This is the mode for software upgrades.
Once the software upgrade has been successfully completed, the bridge/router restarts in Operational
mode.

Running in OPERATIONAL mode

Generated when the bridge/router is starting in Operational mode.  This is the mode for normal
operations of the bridge/router.

SNMP authentication failure for X

Generated when an SNMP authentication failure is detected.  The SNMP message source is specified by
its IP address.

SNMP has stopped

Generated when SNMP is deactivated by removing the bridge/router’s IP address definition.

SNMP is running

Generated when SNMP is activated by defining an IP address for the bridge/router.

Starting IPCP negotiation with <remote site alias>

Generated when the Internet Protocol Control Protocol negotiation has been initiated with the remote site
device associated with the stated remote site profile.
