PID Control Output assignement:
Assign a physical output (Slot of Relay or Analog output) to the PID function block output.
Note:
Factory setting of these devices to the control output is as follows:
- For Time Proportioning control the output is by
[do 1..2..3..4]
through
slot Y1, Y2, Y3 or
Y4
(relays)
- For Step by Step control the output is by
[do 1]
and
[do 2]
through
slot Y1
and
Y2
(relays)
or/and by
[do 3]
and
[do 4]
through
slot Y3
and
Y4
(relays).
- For Current modulation (mA) control the output is by
[Ao 1]
and
[Ao 2]
through SA 1 and SA 2.
It is not recommended to modify this assignation since it is common to all devices, which ease
the wiring of the different models.
In case is necessry to modify this assignation it is advisable to use the LoopWin software

Control Range setting:
It is used to set the operation control range, within the preset input range, where the PID
calculation is realized.
It is recommended to introduce values of the Lo and Hi control range as close as possible to
the required control limits of the process.
- In

[P 05]
for Hi-range, introduce

Lo and Hi range

Possible limits: -32000 to 32000 points (without decimals).

Setting of Hold output value
Is the value in % the output will take in case of Hold.
Output limits between 0 and 100.0 %. For Bimodal control the limits are between -100.0 and
+100.0%. Factory setting by default to
0.0%
In

[P 08]
introduce the required value in
[nnnn]
with decimals .
Example:
It is required the output in case of Hold to be 45.0%. Introduce
[045.0]
in parameter
[P 08]

Setting of output value in Manual
Is the value the output will take when control output shift from
Automatic
to
Manual
using
Auto-Manu
.
