- For AO 2, in
[ConF] [Ao 2]
in parameter
[P 07]
modify the digit “n” in
[???n].
- Check that “n” is set to 0 in order to retransmit the input signal applied on the function
block.
- Set
[P 07]
to
[???1]
in order to transmit a fixed value of 0 or 4 mA (depending on [P 02]
[??n?]).
- Set
[P 07]
to
[???2]
in order to transmit a fixed value of 20 mA.
●
Output Range setting:
It is used to set the output operating range, associating a Low and High range values to the
output signal 0...4-20 mA, as if it were a transmitter.
- For AO 1, in
[ConF] [Ao 1]
in
[P 03]
and
[P 04]
introduce the
Low and High range
values
in
[nnnn].
- For AO 2, in
[ConF] [Ao 2]
in
[P 03]
and
[P 04]
introduce the
Low and High range
values
in
[nnnn].
- Possible limits: -32000 to 32000 points (without decimals).
Examples:
- Output in mA for a range of 0 to 1200 ... set
[P 03]
to [0000] and
[P 04]
to [1200]
- Output in mA for a range of 1300 to 1800 ... set
[P 03]
to [1300] and
[P 04]
to [1800]
- Output in mA for a range of –150.0 to +250.0 ... set
[P 03]
to [-1500] and
[P 04]
to [2500]
- Output in mA for a range of +20.00 to -10.00 ... to
[P 03]
to [2000] and
[P 04]
to [-1000]
●
Setting of Analog Output value in case of Failure:
It is used to set the value of the analog output in case of input failure of the AO function block
(failure of PID, input line breakage, etc.)
The output generates a safety signal in percentage between 0...4 and 20 mA.
- For AO 1, in
[ConF] [Ao 1]
in parameter
[P 05]
introduce the
safety value
(in
%
) in
[nnnn]
- For AO 2, in
[ConF] [Ao 2]
in parameter
[P 05]
introduce the
safety value
(in %) in
[nnnn]
- Factory setting 0.0%. Possible adjusting limits: 0.0 to 100.0%.
