CONFIGURATION OF FEEDBACK POTENTIOMETER INPUT (IF REQUIRED)
Assign the input AI 3 (as feedback signal) to one of the loops L1 or L2 of Step by Step control
loops.
NOTE:
When two Step by Step control loops are used, only one analog output is available for feedback
potentiometer signal, which means that only one loop can be provided with feedback input
signal.
Very Important:
The analog input AI 3 should be configured as 4-20mA for current feedback signal or, 0/75 mV
if the signal is coming from the optional potentiometer circuit adapter .
For feedback signal configuration:
- Enter in Configuration
[AI 3] [ConF]
and set the code

in the parameter
[P 02] [??11]
CHECK FOR EVERY PID LOOP:

Low and High control range.
Adapt it to the process range
●
Control type selection.
Check for Reverse control : n = 1
●
Control output limit setting.
Check to be between 0 and 100%
●
PID operation Parameters
Accessible in PID submenu
●
Reverse (Heating) action PID parameters setting
- Manually: Enter in PID submenu

- By using Autotuning: Entrar in PID submenu
[Auto ] [Pid ]
