DATA SHOWN ON THE HS-7300 DISPLAY IN NORMAL OPERATION

When customized as multi-loop Controller.
The
HS-7300
standard version is provided with 3 independent analog inputs AI 1, AI 2 and
AI 3 (or AI S) operating internally as Control Loops
L1, L2 and L3
and represented,
respectively, by the LEDs
L1, L2 and L3.
The loops can be displayed using
key in any point in the MAIN MENU.

HS-7300. Multivariable Processor 1/8 DIN vertical format
The instrument is factory programmed as multiloop Controller. For each enabled loop will show:

Loop 1 (L1 On)
: The values of AI 1, SP 1 and output MV 1 of PID Loop 1.

Loop 2 (L2 On)
: The values of AI 1, SP 2 and output MV 2 of PID Loop 2.

Loop 3 (L3 On)
: The values of AI 3, SP 3 and output MV 3 of PID Loop 3.
NOTE:
This configuration of the Menu can be modified at any time using
LoopWin software to fit the process requirements.
STANDARD MENU
The standard factory configuration provides a basic menu limited to
the SP , Auto-Manual, Alarm and Password parameters. Any other
existing configuration could has been realized under request:
- To shift the Loop press
- To scroll the options of the menu, press
- To go in any option, press
- To modify the value or data of any option of the menu,

- To exit from any option of the menu, press
SAFETY CONDITIONS INDICATION
LED F1 flickering
, indicates that the Control Output is in Hold, due to a failure. The control
output MV (either if 4-20mA or relay output type) in this case will supply the safety value preset.
Thus, the Display MV of the Loop in failure, will display the safety value of the control output.
The safety Hold function is activated in the following cases:
- Input failure of this Loop
- Process Variable value exceeds the defined range.
- Feedback potentiometer signal failure in AI 3.
- Inhibit logic input of the
[Pid]
is activated.
For each selected Loop:
