asked. If you want more information about a topic or on how to use your computer,
you can ask questions in E-support by using the following tools:

How Do I ... provides a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) on how to use your
computer and their answers. To access these FAQs, click the How Do I ... drop-down
list. Then click the phrase to complete the question you want to ask.

Common Questions contains answers to the most common questions about com-
puter components and devices, Dell’s return policy, and warranty information. To
access these questions and answers, click
Common Questions , and then click the
topic title for more information.

Ask Dudley! enables you to ask a question in your own words. After you ask a ques-
tion, Ask Dudley! searches the Dell Knowledge Base for the answer. For example, if
you ask, “Why is my monitor flickering?”, Ask Dudley! will find any information
related to that topic.
To ask a question, perform the following steps:
1. Click Support Tools on the E-support main screen, and then click Ask Dudley!
The Ask Dudley! screen appears (see Figure 2-10).
