Dell WebPC User’s Guide
If your computer locks up, take one of the following actions:
Turn the computer off by pressing and holding the power/sleep button for at least
eight seconds.
Restart the computer by pressing the E-support button on the computer.
A message appears as shown in Figure 2-1. Click
Exit
to exit Windows, or click
E-Support
to continue to the Dell E-support main screen.
