FIGURE 6: Apply blocks T2 (See drawing T2 p. 87) and, with
the help of a puller, extract the pinion (5) complete with the in-
ternal bearing (6), the spacer (8), and calibrated spacer (4, 7).
NOTE:
The thrust blocks of the bearings remain in the central
body (12).
FIGURE 7: Remove spacer (17) and calibrated spacer (7).
FIGURE 8: Using a puller and a press, remove the inner bea-
ring (5) from the pinion (6).

FIGURE 10: Insert a drift in the appropriate holes.
