WHEN USING THE 3-POINT
HITCH
1. Use the 3-point hitch only with
equipment designed for 3-point
hitch usage.
2. When using a 3-point hitch mount-
ed implement, be sure to install the
proper counterbalance weight on
the front of the tractor.
3. When transporting on the road,
set the implement lowering control
in the "LOCK" position to hold the
implement in the raised position.
In order to service your tractor you
must park it on a flat level surface,
set the parking brake, place the gear
shift lever in neutral and stop the en-
gine.
1. Do not smoke while working
around the battery or when refuel-
ing your tractor. Keep all sparks
and flames away from the battery
and fuel tank. The battery presents
an explosive hazard because it
gives off hydrogen and oxygen etc.
especially when recharging.
