If you have exceeded the permissible amount of errors upon entering a value in the
PIN code
field
(the number of remaining attempts is displayed on the page), the SIM card inserted into your USB
modem is blocked.

For further use of the card, in the
Authorization
section, enter the PUK code in the relevant field,
and then specify a new PIN code for your SIM card in the
New PIN code
and
New PIN code
confirmation
field. Click the
APPLY
button.
