{ owner | neighbor }: Specify the ring port is a owner or neighbor. RPL (Ring Protection Link) is responsible for
blocking traffic over the RPL so that no loops are formed in the Ethernet traffic.
{ port0 | port1 }: Specify the port applies to this rule.
