At a minimum, expect the following:

7-4.4.2. Category II Overspeed Inspection
If engine overspeed continues uncorrected for less than ten seconds, no action is required.
For more than 10 seconds, land the plane and proceed as follows:
Procedure
1.
Complete Category I inspection and service requirements.
2.
Remove all cylinder assemblies, including pistons and rods.
3.
Remove all counterweights.
4.
Replace all connecting rod nuts and bolts. Inspect remaining components using
service limit tolerances in Chapter 10, Non-Overhaul Repair and Replacement of this
manual and assemble according to instructions in this manual.
7-4.4.3. Category III
Overspeed conditions in this category are considered excessive. Each overspeed case
must be evaluated based on factors at the time of the incident. Refer to Chapter 1 of this
manual for TCM Contact Information. A service representative will assist in determining
required actions to return the engine to an airworthy service condition.

Disassemb

Inspect the engine for arcing and heat damage to the crankshaft rod journals, main
journals, counterweights, camshaft lobes, bearings, gear teeth, and all other hardene
surfaces. Magnaflux and degauss the steel parts of the engine during the inspection.
Remove and replace the Electronic Control Units acc
10. Return the removed ECUs to TCM for analysis.
