D Circuit ID Enter a Circuit ID value as needed
E Carrier ID State Use the ↑↓ arrow keys to select Off or On
F Carrier ID Latitude Degrees
G Carrier ID Latitude Minutes
H Carrier ID Latitude Direction Use the ↑↓ arrow keys to select North or South
