The Text of the message is gradually consisting of the items in the order below.
The length of this report is limited to max 160 characters. If the message was
longer, then it sends only the first 160 characters.
The format of the message:
- description of the device from the configuration: max. 32 chars
- <CR><LF> ... 2 chars
- according to the device configuration, the current value and the unit are
inserted for each channel switched on for measurement. If Alarm1 is active
at the same time, then "!" is inserted BEFORE CURRENT VALUE. If Alarm2
is also active, then "!" is inserted AFTER UNIT (e.g. "!25.3%!" means that
Alarm1 and Alarm2 are active).

Watching the daily limit of SMS sent:
When a request to send an SMS occurs (for example an alarm occurred),
the number of already sent SMS messages is checked for the given day.
It monitors both the messages sent per day (the sum of the SMS sent when
the power supply from battery or external power supply) and the number of
messages sent when the power supply from battery. Both limits can be set
using the user's SW. If the daily limit of the sent messages was reached, then
instead of the alarm SMS is send to the given number different the notification
SMS about exceeding the daily limit and sending of additional SMS to that
number will stop. The counters of the daily limit of sending SMS are reset
at midnight (0:00).
