If you click

Configure

, the XLC4 commander scans the network for connected XLC4

controllers and displays them in the list with serial numbers and IP addresses.

Firmware XLC4

– 4.23:

For XLC4 controllers with firmware release up to 4.26 do not support automatic detection. The
IP address must be set manually in the XLC4 commander.

Firmware XLC4 - 5.1:

XLC4 controllers with firmware 5.1 or higher are shown in the drop box list. The XLC4
commander sends a broadcast on Ethernet and displays all available controllers as well if they
are already connected.
