Caution
Align
jack
to
the
supporting
position
closest to wheel to be
replaced.
Block wheel with wedge,
wood block or stone
along diagonal direction.
Ensure park brake has been
pulled and transmission is
turned to first or reverse gear
prior to using jack.
Jumper startup (battery
died)
If battery energy is died and unable to
be enabled, you can start vehicle with
help of another vehicle’s battery by
jumper method.
Preparation
before
jumper
starting
1.
Tension the park brake.
2.
Vehicle transmission is turned to
neutral position.
3.
Turn off all Accessory Position.
Note
Audio system is firstly closed
prior to starting vehicle by
jumper method. Otherwise,
audio system will be damaged.
Please close any unnecessary
electrical equipment when
vehicle is running for long time
at low speed (such as traffic
jam).
Connect jumper cable
Connect jumper cable in the following
sequence while starting vehicle by
jumper:
1.
Clamp one end of the first jumper
cable on positive terminal of
charged battery. (“+” mark on
battery case or terminal).
2.
Clamp the other end of the jumper
cable on positive terminal of
uncharged battery. (“+” mark on
terminal).
3.
Clamp one end of the second
jumper cable on negative terminal
of charged battery. (“-” mark on
battery case or terminal).
4.
Connect the other end of this
cable to body bonding of vehicle
without electricity.
5.
It is allowable to start the engine
of vehicle providing bonding
starting power while bonding
starting. It is necessary to try to
enable the engine of vehicle
without electricity within 1min,
and the time of opening ignition
key every time should not be
longer than 5s. Engine speed is
kept at 2,000(rpm) for several
minutes after being enabled.
6.
Carefully remove jumper cable
in reverse sequence, i.e. firstly
remove negative cable, and
then remove positive cable.
