4. Connect the jack rocker to the
jack as shown above.
5. Turn the rocker clockwise to
raise the jack slowly to ensure
that the jack head is firmly
pushed into the lift position.
6. Continue to rock the lever while
making sure the jack is in the
correct position until the tire is
completely 3 cm above the
ground.
7. Put the spare tire pad under the
car near the wheel to prevent
the
vehicle from slipping
suddenly.
8. Remove the wheel nut
completely.
9. Remove the wheels that need to
be replaced.
10. Install spare tires on the wheel
hub.
11. Install all the wheel nuts and
tighten them initially.
12. Turn the jack rocker
counterclockwise to lower the
vehicle to the ground.
13. Tighten the wheel nuts step by
step in the order shown in Figure
1-4-2-5-3. The torque is 100-130
Nm.
14. Place the leaking tires in the spare
tire storage position and secure
them. Put the tool back into the
toolbox and fix it.
Caution
Make sure to use proper nuts
and bolts and tighten them to
proper torque.
The used incorrect parts or
improper vehicle nuts or bolts
may cause damage to vehicle
or make wheel separate from
vehicle.
Caution
As the jack lifts the vehicle,
ensure that the jack is placed
upright and does not slip.
Place spare tire
1. Place the replaced tire (valve
upwards) on spare tire bracket.
2. Fold spare tire bracket, install
lock bolts of spare tire bracket
and tighten them to torque of 20
– 30N·m.
3. Try to shake bracket to confirm
that bracket has been fixed.
