Spare tire, jack, tools and
triangle warning sign
The spare tires, jacks and tools are
placed under the trunk and the floor of
the trunk can be seen. The on-board
tools include a jack rocker, a socket
wrench, a tow hook for traction, and a
screwdriver.Spare tire is placed on the
spare tire bracket at the rear bottom of
vehicle.
Spare tire
Although spare tire has been inflated,
it may leak in different extents after a
period of time. Inflation pressure shall
be regularly checked. Please see the
chapter of technical data for correct
inflation pressure.
Do not use spare tires on other vehicles.
Also do not mix spare tires or wheels
with the wheels or tires of other vehicles.
They are not compatible. Put the spare
tire and its wheels together.
Replacement of tires
Safety precautions:
1.
Turn on the hazard warning lamp.
2.
Drive to safe place away from
traffic stream.
3.
Park on flat and solid pavement
not causing sliding. Take out and
place triangle warning sign on
proper place at the rear of vehicle.
4.
Stop the engine and pull out the
key.
5.
Please turn shift level to first or
reverse
gear
for
manual
transmission vehicle; Meanwhile
tighten park brake.
6.
Make all passengers leave from
vehicle to safe place.
7.
Fix the tires to be replaced by
wedge, wood block or stone along
the diagonal direction.
Failure
to
follow
these
safety
precautions may cause your vehicle to
slip away from the jack, which may
cause serious injury.
Take out of spare tire
1. Open the tailgate and open the
trunk floor.
2. Remove the tool holder from the
spare tire. If equipped with audio,
disconnect the audio cable.
3. Rotate
counterclockwise
and
remove the wing nut at the center
of the spare tire and place it
properly.
4. Take out the spare tire.
