It is advisable that the front surface of
radiator is cleaned once every year. Use
the compressed air or water to clean the
fins of radiator, blow by the small insects,
bugs, tree leaves and etc.
Through the radiator, blow the gas from
the rear to the front of the radiator to clean
the condenser. When the engine is in the
cold state, use the water to wash the
radiator
.
The pressure of air and water shall not
exceed 150 KPa. If the pressure exceeds
150 KPa, it may damage the fins o f
radiator.
The fins of radiator are
essential to conduct the
better heat conduction. DO
NOT brush these fins. Otherwise, it
may damage the fins and reduce the
heat conduction.
DO NOT spray the water on the hot
radiator because the hot gas
generated will make people injured.
Use the water to wash the radiator
only when the engine stops operating
and cools down.
