Operation
-25°C Cycle
Operate as follows to start the Temperature deep freezing cycle:
The temperature-controlled “-25°C cycle” is split in the following 2 phases:

Blast Freezing

Storage
-25°C cycle is used when the end user wants a safe food operation.
1. To select “-25°C cycle” press and release key to select the cycle until the display will
show the label “ -25 ”: the set led icon, compressor led icon and “Celsius degree”
led icon will be ON.
2. Press and release START/STOP key to start “-25°C cycle”: the Compressor and Fans
LED icons + will switch ON permanently; and the icon start flashing. On the
display will appear the message “ dEEP ” every 1 minute and the value of needle probe
“ Pb2” at that moment.
3. Once the needle probe temperature reaches the pre-setting point cycle is ending, a visual
and acustic alarm will notify the ending cycle, the unit will start a storage cycle and led
icon
will flashing.
Note : During the storage mode the display will show chamber temperature “Pb1” .
Frost Bust Cycle (Inf)
Frost bust cycle is used when the end user wants a long blast freezing cycle with manual ending
(suitable for ice cream).
Operate as follows to start the Frost Bust cycle:
1. To select “Frost Bust cycle” press and release key to select the cycle until the display
will show the label “ Inf ”: the set led icon and compressor led icon will be ON.
2. Press and release START/STOP key to start Frost Bust cycle: the Compressor and
Fans LED icons + will switch ON permanently; and the icon start flashing. On
the display will appear “the counter of the minute” and the message “ Inf ” and room
temperature status will be show every 1 minute.
3. This cycle never ending in automatic, to stop the cycle the enduser must push
START/STOP Key.
