Operation
1. To switching the device ON/Stand-by mode
Hold the START/STOP key
for 1s, the display will show the label of the latest cycle the
blast chiller performing.
Hold the START/STOP key for 2s, the display will show the label
OFF
and after 4s will
show only the led icon
ON.
2. To select Temperature cycle
Press and release the set key
, the display scroll trough the different kind of cycles;
the N.3 cycles related to “temperature” are the label “
+3°C
; “
-25°C
” and “
-18°C
” (Blast
chilling; -25°C Cycle and Blast freezing that working by needle probe set temperature).
On the display will be
ON
also the led icon
to indicate that the cycle is selected but not
yet start.
Only for the Blast Freezing and -25° cycle also the led icons
will be
ON
.
3. To select Time cycle
Press and release the set key
, the display scroll trough the different kind of cycles;
the N.3 cycles related to “time” are the label “

“
; “Inf”
and “
280
” (Blast chilling;Frost
bust and Blast freezing).
On the display will be
ON
also the led icon to indicate that the cycle is selected but
not yet start.
Only for the Blast Freezing and Frost bust cycle also the led icon will be
ON
.
4. To start or stop the cycle
Press and release the START/STOP key , the running cycle will be ending and on the
display will appear the label of the related cycle
“+3°C”
; “
120”; “-25°C”;”Inf”; “-18°C” or
“280”
5. How to activate a Manual Defrosting cycle.
Switch the blast chilling to Stand-by mode
pushing START/STOP Key
(No any cycle
should be selected or in progress).
Hold the DOWN ARROW key
for 4s, the defrost
led icon start flashing and fan
icons
will be
ON and
display will show “
dEF
” label.
To exit procedure:
if end user prefer interrupt the defrost cycle
,
press and hold
START/STOP key
for 1s, display will show the label
OFF
and switch to stand-by
mode .
Note:
For correct DEFROST is recommended keep the door open during the cycle. Also with
open door the evaporator fan always run.
