Operation
Possible operation cycles:
TEMPERATURE CHILLING CYCLE (Needle probe Pb2)
TIME CHILLING CYCLE (Room probe Pb1)
TEMPERATURE -25° CYCLE (Needle probe Pb2)
FROST BUST CYCLE (Inf) (Room probe Pb1)
TEMPERATURE FREEZING CYCLE (Needle probe Pb2)
TIME FREEZING CYCLE (Room probe Pb1)
Chilling cycles (Temperature and time controlled)
Operate as follows to start the Temperature or Time chilling cycle:
The Blast Chilling cycle is split in the following 2 phases:
Blast Chilling
Storage mode
These cycles are used when the end user wants a smooth blast chilling process
1. To select “TEMPERATURE controlled cycle” press and release
key to select the cycle
until the display will show the label “

led icon and “Celsius degree”

icon will be
ON.
2. To select “TIME controlled cycle” press and release key to select the cycle until the
display will show the label “

”: only the set
led icon only will be
ON
.
3. Press and release START/STOP
key to start temperature Chilling cycle: the
Compressor/Fans LED icons
+
will switch
ON
permanently; and the icon
start
flashing. On the display will appear the message “
CooL
” every 1 minute and the value of
needle probe “
Pb2”
at that moment (for Temperature cycle) or the time left to finish the
cycle plus chamber temperature probe “
Pb1”
value (for Time cycle).
4. Once the needle probe temperature reaches the pre-setting point or time cycle is ending,
a visual and acustic alarm will notify the ending cycle, the unit will start a storage cycle
and led icon
will flashing.
Note
: During the storage mode the display will show chamber temperature
“Pb1”
.
