Press [F3] (MEAS), press [F4] (OFFS) in the prompted function menu.

Press [3] (PLANE OFFSET).
3)
Collimate prism P1, and press [F1] (MEAS).
4)
System runs measurement function. To carry on repeating measurement, press [F4] (SET).
