5.1.1.2.4. Entering the operator’s personal identifi cation
Perform the following steps from the GENERAL SETTINGS menu:
• Press button MENU to scroll the icons, selecting the one for "Entering the
operator’s personal identifi cation".
• Press multifunction button OK to enter the selected submenu.
• To confi rm the personal identifi cation entered (max. 20 letters) simply quit
the submenu by pressing multifunction button ESC.
NOTE: any edited personal identifi cation always refers to the
operator set on the main screen.
How to enter personal identifi cation.
• Press multifunction button (
) to move the cursor.
• Press button MENU to go from one group of letters to another.
• Press buttons INCREASE and/or DECREASE to enter a letter.
NOTE: Uppercase letters are present in each group of letters.
• To delete any errors, use icon (
) canceling from right to left.
5.1.1.2.5. Chronometer
This setting is used for all the operators.
Perform the following steps from the GENERAL SETTINGS menu:
• Press button MENU to scroll the icons, selecting the one for "Chrono-
meter".
• Press multifunction button OK to enter the selected submenu.
• Once the time has been set, press multifunction button (
) to start the
countdown.
NOTE: at this point, it is possible to quit this menu by pressing
multifunction ESC without interrupting countdown.
• Press multifunction button (
) to interrupt countdown.
• Once the set time has elapsed, the dental unit beeps and the “Chrono-
meter” menu appears on the console display again.
Press multifunction button ESC to shut off the beep.
NOTE: the last time set is saved.
How to set the time.
• To change over from "seconds" to "minutes" or "hours" press button
MENU.
• Press buttons INCREASE and/or DECREASE to change the time.
NOTE: the time which can be set ranges from 00.00.00 to
10.59.59.
• To reset the chronometer, go to "hours" and hold down button DECREASE
until the value reaches 00.
