If you want to erase the registered department:

Press (Reset) to return to the Standby display.
Checking Counter Information
You can check the page totals used by each department.

Press (Additional Functions)

<System Settings>

press [OK].

If the System Manager ID and System Password have already been set, enter the
System Manager ID and System Password using
- (numeric keys)

(ID).
The System Settings menu appears.

Use [ ] or [ ] to select <Erase>

Use [ ] or [ ] to select <Yes>

[OK].
NOTE
If you do not want to erase the selected
Department ID, select <No>.
The selected Department ID and all of its
settings are erased.
