Using custom copy ratios
This method enables you to enlarge or reduce the copy ratio in percentage, to subtly change the size
to which to copy the document.
Follow this procedure:

Press [OK].

Use [ ] or [ ] to select the copy ratio.

Reduces the document to 25% when copying.

<70% A4

A5>

Reduces an A4-size document to A5 size when copying.

<86% A4

B5>

Reduces an A4-size document to B5 size when copying.

:
Does not change the document size when copying.

<115% B5

A4>
: Enlarges a B5-size document to A4 size when copying.

<141% A5
to
A4>
: Enlarges an A5-size document to A4 size when copying.

<400% MAX.>
:
Enlarges the document to 400% when copying.
NOTE
• Pressing the numeric keys while setting the preset copy ratio switches to the custom copy ratio
(zoom copy) setting.

Press [COPY].

Press [Menu] repeatedly until <
1.ENLARGE/REDUCE
> appears.

Use [ ] or [ ] to select <
ZOOM
>.

Press [OK].

Use [ ] or [ ] to select a copy ratio between 25% and 400%, or enter the
ratio with the numeric keys.
• Pressing [ ] decreases the copy ratio, and pressing [ ] increases the ratio.
• Keep [ ] or [ ] pressed to advance quickly through the ratios.
