After the Start Up screen disappears, the MEAP Start Up screen is displayed regardless of
the Set as Initial Function settings.
IMPORTANT
•
If you turn OFF the main power, wait at least 10 seconds before turning the main power back ON.
For instructions on restarting (turning the main power switch OFF and then ON) the machine,
see "Main Power and Control Panel Power," on p. 1-16.
•
Do not turn the main power OFF if the Color Universal Send Kit (standard-equipped for the
iR C4580i/iR C4080i) is activated, or if the optional Super G3 FAX Board is installed, and you
want to be able to send or receive fax or I-fax documents. Sending or receiving I-fax or fax
documents cannot be done when the power is turned OFF.
•
If SSO or SDL is set as the login service, the machine will take longer to become ready to scan.
