4.9 GHz ISEDC notification
The system has been approved under ISEDC RSS-111 for Public Safety Agency usage. The
installer or operator is responsible for obtaining the appropriate site licenses before installing
or using the system.

5.2 GHz and 5.4 GHz ISEDC notification
This device complies with ISEDC RSS-247. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) This device must accept any
interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Users should
be cautioned to take note that high power radars are allocated as primary users (meaning they
have priority) of 5250 – 5350 MHz and 5650 – 5850 MHz and these radars could cause
interference and/or damage to license-exempt local area networks (LELAN).
For the connectorized version of the product and in order to reduce potential radio interference
to other users, the antenna type and its gain should be so chosen that the equivalent
isotropically radiated power (EIRP) is not more than that permitted by the regulations. The
transmitted power must be reduced to achieve this requirement.
