Wire List Table
1. Exit the User Notation Table by pressing ESC twice. The system prompt will appear.
2. Type ED, and press ENTER. The last three lines should be as shown below:

3. To edit the Wire List, press W. (Do not press ENTER.) The monitor should display two
additional lines as shown below:

NOTE
The editor is in the Cursor Positioning mode when it is first
entered. The left column indicates which table is being edited
and the current mode. The Cursor Positioning mode is denoted
in the Wire List Table when only a W is displayed as shown
above. The Replace mode is indicated with an RW while the Add
mode (Insert) is indicated by an AW.
4. The Wire List Table may contain previous data. To initialize the list, type I and press
ENTER. Type Y to the prompt "
Initialize
?"
WARNING:
Verify that you are in the Wire List Table before entering the
Initialize command. Inside the Editor the Initialize command is
used to clear the Wire List or User Notation Tables. Outside the
Editor, from the system prompt, Initialize is also used to format
floppy diskettes.
5. Wire continuities are typically entered while in the Replace mode. (The Add mode is
used only to insert wire continuities between lines.) To select the Replace mode, type R
and press ENTER. While in the Replace mode, the screen should display RW to the left
of each new line as it is displayed, as shown below:
