SETUP COMMANDS
The test parameters of the Model 512 are originally set up to test most harnesses without any
problems. Therefore, although some of the following functions may never be needed, they are
made accessible to the user to permit the greatest versatility in specialized applications. Setup
commands are two-letter entries followed with a space and a number. The parameter is set when
ENTER is pressed. The two-letter commands and their corresponding ranges (and default
settings) are listed in the table below.

NOTE
Parameter settings are also saved with the program when it is saved. The
values remain in memory until a program with different settings is loaded.
Before a new program is learned with the Learn Know Good function, reset of
parameters to their default settings may be necessary. Either use the RS
command or run Default System Setting from the front panel.
Maximum Receive Board - MB #
This option allows the user to change the number of receive boards scanned. Normally, the
maximum receive board is set to the number of boards in the system (four). This option is useful
when the system does not need all of the boards installed. Decreasing the maximum receive
boards scanned decreases the test time.
Range = 1 to 4
Default = System Size (4)
