10.1.14 Product status indicator is yellow (MFC
büS/CANopen with proportional
valve)
Identify the cause to solve the problem:
Cause Solution
One of the following values is
out of specification. The sensor
or the product can be dam-
aged.
▪ the fluid temperature
▪ the product temperature
▪ the supply voltage
Operate the product within
the specifications. If the
product status indicator is
still yellow, then send the
product back to Bürkert.
The product has detected that
the pipe is empty
Fill the pipe completely with
fluid.
The product has detected
bubbles in the liquid.
Flush bubbles from the pipe
as described in chapter:

Cause Solution
The set-point position for the
actuator has (almost) reached
100%. The set-point value can-
not be reached.
Decrease the back pressure.
Make sure that the fluid vis-
cosity is in the permitted
range. Refer to table:
Oper-
ating fluid [

If the pressure drop in the
pipe is too high, then reduce
the pressure drop.
If the filters that are installed
in the pipe are dirty, then
clean the filters.
Other fieldbus participants use
the same node ID.
Assign an individual node ID
to each fieldbus participant.
