Cause Solution
The product is connected to
büS and is configured manu-
ally, but has no address.
Wait up to one minute until
the product assigns its ad-
dress.

Identify the cause to solve the problem:
Cause Solution
One of the following values is
out of specification. The sensor
or the product can be dam-
aged.
▪ the fluid temperature
▪ the product temperature
▪
the supply voltage
Operate the product within
the specifications. If the
product status indicator is
still yellow, then send the
product back to Bürkert.
The product has detected that
the pipe is empty.
Vent the pipe.
Fill the pipe completely with
fluid.
