F_STOP: STOP Frequency
This function allows you to program the STOP frequency applied to all sensors
connected to
SMART 3000TW
terminal.
The STOP frequency is the minimum yarn image variation frequency below which
the sensor indicates the yarn still condition
(red LED on).
For more details please refers to “Settings that affect the sensor detection
features” paragraph.
Allowed values [001 ÷ 010]; Default [001].
: increases 0nn
: decreases 0nn
Press
to communicate the set value to all the sensors connected to each
Board and move to the next function
(H_SPEED).
If one of the sensors does not reply correctly, on ERROR Dxxx B0n on message
appears.
In this case, press RESET and refer to chapter 4 “Troubleshooting”.
H_SPEED: Enabling/Disabling the Sensors reading
Synchronism with PRX signal
This function allows you to choose between two different reading modes of yarn
running condition inside the sensors.
H_SPEED enabled (ON):
The yarn running condition is detected only during
the switching edges of PRX pulses.
H_SPEED disabled (OFF):
The yarn running condition is detected and stored
during the period of time between two PRX pulses.
(Situation typical for warping machines where the
yarns run continuously).
Press

to the system and return to the beginning of PX menu.
