P4 Programming Level

**P4**
The P4 level allows you to program the following functions:
!
sensitivity (global to all sensors)
!
reaction time (global to all sensors).
While the system is in control condition, press and hold for 3 seconds
When the **P1** label appears, press three times
to select the P4
programming level.
This screen indicates that the P4 programming level has been activated.
Press
to select the first programmable parameter of P4 Level
(SENS G).
SENS G: Sensitivity
(global)
With the SENS G function it is possible to assign a global sensitivity value
(i.e.
identical to all connected sensors),
in order to adapt the sensors to any type of
application or yarn to be controlled.
Allowed values [001 ÷ 010]; Default [005].
001 = minimum sensitivity level
(suitable for very large yarns)
010 = maximum sensitivity level
(suitable for very thin yarns)
Very thick yarns

Fine yarns
(single filament yarn)

Very fine yarns
(Lycra®)

features” paragraph.
Select the desired sensitivity using:
: to increase 0nn
: to decrease 0nn
Press
to communicate the set value to all the sensors connected to each
Board and move to the next function
(DELAY G).
If one of the sensors does not reply correctly, on ERROR Dxxx B0n on message
appears.
In this case, press RESET and refer to chapter 4 “Troubleshooting”.
