SMART 3000TW Terminal Features
As in all
SMART BTSR
systems
,
the operation of
SMART
3000TW
system is
controlled by just 5 membrane buttons and it is monitored by a LCD graphic
display, which guides the operator through all programming and administration
phases of the system, by means of straight-forward messages which can be
understood clearly and immediately.
On the top left side of each button there is a red LED, which indicates particular
conditions.
The display screen includes two separate zones used respectively for displaying
messages to the operator

during the system programming and administration
phases and for signalling the operating status and levels in which the system is
working

The following picture shows the location of the buttons and display zones that
constitute the control panel of the system

ENTER button
Pressing and holding for 3 seconds the ENTER button when the system is in
control condition
(CONTROL nnnn displayed),
gives access to P1 programming
level.
Pressing and holding for 3 seconds the ENTER button while the system is at
beginning of P1 menu
(**P1** displayed),
gives access to PX programming level.
When the system is running any of the programming menus, pressing the ENTER
button confirms the current parameter and selects the next parameter within the
current menu. When pressed on the last item of the menu, causes the return to the
beginning of the same menu
(cyclic function).
2.
RESET button
When the system is running any of the programming menus, pressing the RESET
button causes the return to the beginning of the same menu; pressing it again
causes the return to control condition
(CONTROL nnnn displayed).
