3. Enter the
slotShow -m
command and verify that all the installed cards are detected and that their status is
operational (enabled).
4. Verify that the device is functioning correctly by entering the
switchShow
command or the
switchStatusShow
command.
This
switchShow
command displays the device and port status information.
5. Verify that all the IP address information is correct by entering the
ipAddrShow
command and checking the results
against the IP information recorded in the
config-miscinfo.txt
file.

Verifying Correct Configuration of the Fabric
Copy the command outputs from this section into a file. You must be logged in with Admin privileges.
1. Create an after process SAN profile by entering the following commands and copying the output to a text file named
SANafter.txt
