Attenzione
I sistemi ausiliari di filtrazione e raffred-
damento dell’olio sopra descritti, rappre-
sentano la condizione minima necessaria
per ottenere il controllo della lubrificazio-
ne del riduttore. L’utente finale può sem-
pre arricchire il sistema mediante l’ag-
giunta di controlli ausiliari di sicurezza sul
flusso, sulla temperatura e sul livello.
Il sistema può inoltre essere dotato di
rubinetti atti a facilitare le operazioni di
cambio dell’olio con l’ausilio della pompa
di servizio e di filtro ausiliario in aspira-
zione per proteggere la pompa da even-
tuali detriti accidentalmente provenienti
dall’interno del riduttore.
CAMBIO OLIO
In assenza di un circuito di filtrazione e
raffreddamento, il primo cambio dell’olio,
deve essere effettuato la prima volta dopo
500-600 ore di funzionamento. Succes-
sivamente, in ogni caso, ogni 2500 ore o
perlomeno una volta all’anno.
In caso di applicazioni particolarmente
gravose o, al contrario, discontinue, si
possono definire tempi diversi che vanno
concordati preventivamente con il servi-
zio Tecnico-Commerciale BPT o diretta-
mente con il produttore dell’olio.
Si consiglia di compiere l’operazione del
cambio olio a riduttore caldo, (circa 40
°C) per evitare il depositarsi di morchie e
facilitare il completo svuotamento.
Per una corretta procedura attenersi alle
norme riportate sul manuale di installa-
zione e manutenzione in dotazione a
ogni riduttore.
E’ consigliabile un controllo periodico del
livello dell’olio. Nel caso si rendesse ne-
cessaria un’aggiunta superiore al 10%
del volume totale è bene accertare la
presenza di perdite.

The auxiliary oil filtering and cooling sy-
stems described above represent the
minimum condition necessary for obtai-
ning control of the gear unit lubrication.
The end-user can always enhance the
system with the addition of auxiliary sa-
fety controls on the flow, temperature
and level. The system can also be equip-
ped with cocks for facilitating oil change
operations with the auxiliary of the ser-
vice pump and suction auxiliary filter for
protecting the pump from possible debris
accidentally coming from inside the gear
unit.
OIL CHANGE
In the absence of a filtering and cooling
circuit, the first oil change must be made
after 500-600 hours of operation. Sub-
sequently, and in any case, every 2,500
hours or at least once a year.
With particularly heavy or intermittent ap-
plications, different times can be defined,
and which must be duly agreed with the
Brevini technical commercial service or
directly with the oil producer.
It is advisable to carry out the oil change
with the gear unit hot, (approx. 40 °C) to
prevent sludge from forming and to facili-
tate complete draining.
For the correct procedure comply with
the rules given in the installation and
maintenance manual supplied with each
unit.
It is advisable to periodically check the oil
level. If more than 10% the total volume
has to be added, check for leaks.

Die zuvor beschriebenen Zusatzsysteme
zur Schmierölfilterung und -kühlung stel-
len die erforderliche Mindestbedingung
für die Regelung der Getriebeschmierung
dar. Der Benutzer kann die Anlage durch
Installation von zusätzlichen Sicherheits-
Temperatur- und Füllstandkontrollen er-
weitern. Die Anlage kann außerdem mit
Ventilen ausgestattet werden, die den
Ölwechsel mithilfe einer Hilfspumpe und
eines saugseitigen Zusatzfilters erleich-
tern; letzteres schützt auch die Pumpe
vor eventuellen Partikeln, die aus dem
Getriebe herrühren können.
ÖLWECHSEL
Falls kein Filter- und Kühlkreislauf vor-
handen ist, muss der erste Ölwechsel
nach 500-600 Betriebsstunden erfolgen.
Anschließend ist der Ölwechsel nach je-
weils 2500 Stunden oder zumindest ein-
mal jährlich vorzunehmen.
Bei erschwerten Einsatzbedingungen
oder im Gegenteil bei diskontinuierli-
chem Betrieb können andere Zeitab-
stände festgelegt werden, die zuvor mit
dem Kundendienst von Brevini oder dem
Schmierölhersteller abgesprochen wer-
den müssen.
Der Ölwechsel sollte bei warmem Getrie-
be (ca. 40 °C) vorgenommen werden, da
dadurch die Ablagerung von Bodensatz
vermieden und das Entleeren erleichtert
wird.
Halten Sie sich dabei immer an die In-
stallations- und Wartungsanweisungen,
die jedem Getriebe beiliegen.
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig den Öl-
stand. Sollte es notwendig sein, mehr als
10% der Gesamtmenge nachzufüllen, ist
es angebracht, die Anlage auf Lecks zu
überprüfen.
