Important

The blades are very sharp!Take hold of the
blades by the knob only. After use, always first
remove the blade from the bowl before removing
the processed food.
•
This appliance can be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and if they understand the
hazards involved.
•
Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve or the
protecting cover is damaged or has visible cracks.
•
Children shall not play with the appliance.
•
This appliance shall not be used by children.
•
Children shall be kept away from the appliance and its
mains cord.
•
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
•
Always unplug or switch off the appliance when it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling,
cleaning and storing.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
•
Before plugging into a socket, check wether your voltage
corresponds with the voltage printed on the bottom of
the appliance.
•
Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor
or blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due
to a sudden steaming.
•
This appliance is designed for household use only and for
processing normal household quantities.
•
Do not use any part in the microwave.

Before first use
Please clean all parts before using for the first time (see paragraph
«Cleaning»).
Place the motor base on a smooth, clean surface. Pull cord out of the cord
store to the required length
How to operate your appliance
Speed regulator
Use the variable, electronic speed regulator (4) to select the speed (1….11).
Recommended speed range see table I + II.

Pulse mode
Turn the motor switch (3) to the «
P
» position when you want the appliance
to operate instantly. It operates at the chosen speed as long as you hold the
motor switch on position «
P
». The speed can be selected individually.
Auto Pulse
When you turn the motor switch (4) to the «
G
» position the appliance will
operate continuously with short bursts of operation of identical length at the
chosen speed. The speed can be selected individually.
This automatic pulse mode can be used with the following applications:
•
Carefully folding flour into a dough so as not to affect its creaminess.
•
Adding whipped eggs or cream to more solid food.
•
Chopping delicate and soft food, e.g. eggs, onions.
•
Crushing ice cubes (only with jug blender attachment)
Kneading attachment program
Optimized speed for kneading dough. The program has to be stopped
manually.
Jug blender program
The program has to be stopped manually (for speed application see table II).
Safety switch system
The appliance can only be switched on when …
•
the bowl has been properly locked on the motor base and the lid is fully
locked on the bowl,
•
the blender jug is properly locked on the motor base,
•
the juicer attachment is properly locked on the motor base and the juicer
lid is clamped onto the pulp container.
If the safety switch system is interrupted (e.g. by opening the lid of the
FP bowl), the appliance will stop. In this case, turn the motor switch back
to position «O».
Make sure attachments and lids are properly locked before switching the
appliance on again.
While the appliance is operating, keep fingers clear off the bowl. Always use
the pusher for adding ingredients.
Always switch off the appliance before opening the lid or changing
accessories.
Change tools or accessories only when the appliance is at a standstill.
I Using the bowl
Maximum capacity: 2 l liquid.
Assembly
•
Place the bowl (5) onto the motor base so that the arrows on the
attachment and the motor base are aligned. Turn the bowl clockwise until
it firmly locks into place.
•
Always assemble the tools / accessories to the bowl before adding
ingredients.
•
Push them as far as possible onto the drive shaft in the bowl.
•
Attach the lid (align arrows) and turn clockwise until it firmly locks on the
bowl.
•
To remove the lid, turn it anti-clockwise: and then turn the bowl anti-
clockwise to lift it off.
