PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Intercom kit for single or double resi-
dences. The kit is capable of making up
to two calls whilst maintaining secrecy
of speech and provides an intercom
facility between the two systems. This
can be expanded to a maximum of 4
handsets.
The system is composed of:
BARK01
handset
BEPK01
entry panel
BPSK01
power supplier
BARK01 Handset
The handset is composed of a wall unit
with receiver (fig. 1).
BEPK01 Entry panel
The entry panel is a wall unit with a
single button capable of calling two
residences (fig.1).
A green LED illuminates the button
and a sound confirms a call has been
made.
There are two potentiometers (fig. 2):
P1
( ), to regulate the microphone
level,
P2
( ), to regulate the speaker level.
It is possible to connect a lock to the
system which may be 12Vac or 12 V
DC max 0.5 A.
It is always advisable to mount the
panel in a sheltered position.
Power supplier BPSK01
This consists of a transformer with a
power of 9 VA.
It is equipped with a rectifier that pro-
vides output voltage at 18 V DC, elec-
tronically protected against overloads
and short circuits. This protection au-
tomatically restores normal operation
of the power supplier after the causes
have been removed that activated the
protection.
A single power supply is provided
for systems connected to the termi-
nals + e L– of the entry panel or the
intercom.
WARNING
The system operates at a very low
safety voltage (15÷18 V DC): it must
not be connected to a higher voltage.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY
BARK01 Handset
Fix the back plate directly to the wall
(fig. 3) or to the recessed mounting
box (fig. 4 and fig. 5) using the fixings
provided.
For a surface mount cable follow the

place the audio entry control on the
metal support as shown in figure 8.
To remove the unit from the bracket
use a screwdriver in the slot of the
cabinet (see fig. 9).
BEPK01 Entry Panel
Follow the instructions in fig. 10 to
remove the front plate.
Remove the cable grip (fig. 11).
WARNING. Were cables come
through the wall they must enter
the unit through the cable entry
point as per fig. 12.
Fix the back plate directly to the wall
(fig. 13) using the fixings provided.
After making the connections (see "IN-
STRUCTIONS FOR CONNECTION") put
the cable-grip plate back in place.
Ensure the front panel is correctly lo-
cated as per fig. 14 and then secure it.
BPSK01 Power supplier
The unit can be installed in boxes with
DIN rail (EN 50022).
For overall dimensions see fig. 15.
The unit can also be installed against
the wall using the two provided plastic
tabs (fig. 16).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONNECTION
