Darauf achten dass das Getriebe ab-
gekühlt ist - Verbrennungsgefahr!
Füllhöhe = Mitte Ölstandsauge. Tole-
ranz der Füllhöhe siehe Kapitel 8.5.3
Füllhöhe ggf. korrigieren. Dabei Kapitel
8.7 beachten.

Getriebemotor spannungslos schalten,
gegen unbeabsichtigtes Wiedereinschal-
ten sichern, Verbrennungsgefahr beach-
ten. Getriebe muss aber betriebswarm
sein, da mangelnde Fließfähigkeit durch
zu kaltes Öl eine korrekte Entleerung er-
schwert.
Geeignetes Gefäß unter die Verschluss-
schraube stellen.
Entlüftungsventil, Ölstandsschraube und
Verschlussschraube entfernen. Kapitel
8.7 beachten!
Öl vollständig ablassen.
Verschlussschraube eindrehen. Kapitel
8.7 beachten!
Neues Öl entsprechend Schmier-
stofftabelle über Entlüftungsbohrung ein-
füllen. Dabei Angaben in Tabelle für
Schmierstoffmengen beachten.
Ölstand entsprechend Kapitel 8.5 prüfen
und ggf. anpassen.
Entlüftungsventil und Ölstandsschraube
eindrehen. Kapitel 8.7 beachten!
Switch off and lock out the Geared Mo-
tor. Take precautions to prevent acci-
dental restarting. Burns hazard: Motor
surfaces are hot. The oil should be
warmed at operating temperature.
Warm oil drains more easily than cold
oil.
Place a container of suitable capacity
under the screw plug.
Remove the vent valve, the oil level
screw and the screw plug. See Section
8.7 for instructions.
Allow the oil to drain off completely.
Refit and tighten the screw plug. See
Section 8.7 for instructions.
Fill the unit with the new oil as specified
in the lubricant table. Fill the unit
through the vent valve hole. Check the
quantity of the oil required in the lubri-
cant table.
Check the oil level as instructed in Sec-
tion 8.5. Top up where necessary.
Refit and tighten the vent valve and the
oil level screw. See Section 8.7 for in-
structions.
