Aufgesetzte Übertragungselemente sollten
gewuchtet sein und dürfen keine unzuläs-
sigen Radial- und Axialkräfte hervorrufen
(zulässige Werte siehe Typenschild).
Bei Montage des Ex-Motors an ein Sologe-
triebe (NF-Ausführung) durch den Anwen-
der sind zusätzliche Maßnahmen entspre-
chend Kapitel 7.4 erforderlich!
Bei der Montage von Kupplungen sind die
Angaben des Kupplungsherstellers einzu-
halten (Abstand, Axialversatz, Winkelver-
satz usw.). Nur Produkte mit ATEX-
Zulassung verwenden!
Zur Vermeidung unzulässig hoher Radial-
kräfte sind die An- und Abtriebselemente
nach folgendem Bild anzuordnen.

Transmission components fitted to the unit
should be suitably balanced so as not to
create any excessive radial and axial
stresses. For details of permitted radial and
axial forces, see the rating plate.
When assembling an Ex-proof motor to a
single Gear Box (NF-execution), additional
measures are required in accordance with
section 7.4.
When fitting couplings, follow the coupling
manufacturer's instructions and specifica-
tions about spacing, axial offset, angular
misalignment, etc. Only use products with
ATEX approval.
To prevent excessive radial forces, fit the
drive and driven components as shown in
the figure below.

Getriebe ausreichend belüftet sind und kei-
ne externe Wärmezufuhr (z.B. über Kupp-
lung) vorhanden ist. Check that the Gear Box is sufficiently ven-
tilated. Check that no heat can be trans-
ferred from other units (e.g. from couplings).
7.2.22 Es sind keine Umbauten ohne Genehmi-
gung des Herstellers vorzunehmen. Only fit the assemblies approved by the
manufacturer.
