Nach der Auslieferung festgestellte Be-
schädigungen sofort dem Transportun-
ternehmen mitteilen. Die Inbetriebnahme
ist ggf. auszuschließen.
Eingeschraubte Transportösen fest an-
ziehen. Sie sind nur für das Gewicht des
Getriebes (Getriebemotors) ausgelegt.
Es dürfen keine zusätzlichen Lasten an-
gebracht werden. Wenn notwendig, ge-
eignete, ausreichend bemessene Trans-
portmittel verwenden. Vorhandene
Transportsicherungen vor Inbetriebnah-
me entfernen.
Die Lagerung von der Lieferung bis zur
Inbetriebnahme sollte in trockenen,
staub- und erschütterungsfreien Räu-
men erfolgen. Die Temperatur sollte bei
20°C, die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit unter
65% liegen. Wegen der eingebauten
Radialwellendichtringe ist die Einwirkung
von UV-Strahlen, Ozon und aggressiven
Medien zu verhindern.
Bei abweichenden Lagerbedingungen
halten sie bitte Rücksprache mit dem
Hause BOCKWOLDT.
Bei der Langzeitlagerung von Getrieben
(Getriebemotoren) ist die BN 9013 zu
beachten.
Check all deliveries for shipping dam-
age. Report any damage to the shipping
agent immediately. Do not install dam-
aged equipment.
Tighten the eyebolts used for shipping.
The eyebolts are designed to support
the weight of the Gear Box (Geared Mo-
tor) only. They are not designed to sup-
port additional loads. Do not add other
components or anything which might in-
crease the weight of the Gear Box
(Geared Motor). Use suitable handling
equipment. Ensure that handling equip-
ment has a suitable load bearing capaci-
ty. Remove the shipping clamps before
installing the equipment.
If the equipment is to be stored before
installation, store in a clean, dry place
indoors in a location free from vibration.
Store at a temperature of 20°C and at a
relative humidity of 65%. Protect the ra-
dial shaft seals against strong sunlight,
UV light, ozone and corrosive substanc-
es.
If you wish to store the equipment in
other conditions, contact BOCKWOLDT
for advice.
If the equipment is to remain in storage
for a long time, follow the instructions
given in the standard BN 9013.
