 to secure the serial port, you must provide the administrative 

username/password when accessing the serial console and the setup 
password when accessing the setup console. 

To restrict access to the front panel, configure the front panel PIN from the 
CLI after initial setup is complete (see 

“Configuring a Front-Panel PIN”
