Black Box Private MIBs
Black Box provides two private MIBs for the DSL LAN Extender devices: a Black Box system MIB
(blackbox.mib) and a Black Box DSL LAN Extender MIB (extender.mib).
You can find the most current information about the MIBs in the MIB files themselves. Just use a text
editor to open them and then read the information about the MIBs. Below is some information about the
main groups of information the MIBs support.
Products
This group defines the Black Box product IDs.
SystemConfigGroup
This group provides information about product-specific configuration settings. Users can modify most
variable settings (you can also use the DSL LAN Extender 2.x software to modify these settings).
SystemStatusGroup
This group provides system-level information. This information supplements the system information
available in the system group in the standard MIB.
