Background Calibration
1) Press the DOOR button to open the door.
NOTE:
This step is omissible when performing the Background Calibration followed by the Mask Calibration.
2) Place the Background Fluorescence test plate on
the block.
IMPORTANT:
It is important to load the Fluorescence test plate in the right position. A misplaced plate may cause
damage or technical problems.
3) Click Background Calibration button.
4) Click Start in the ‘Background Calibration’ window.
NOTE:
The Background Calibration takes approximately 10 minutes depending on the condition of
