Briefly

 press the MenuCard key, then select the following 

from the 

Call

 MenuCard …

Reject call

: You reject the call. The caller hears a busy signal.

Deflect call

: You do not accept the call yourself, but deflect it 

to another subscriber after entering this subscriber’s call number 
as the destination (

Dest.

). You can only use the “Deflect call” 

function if your user group is authorised to forward calls to inter-
nal and/ or external destinations.

Door opener

: This activates the door opener.

Voicebox Queries

There are various ways of listening to the messages in your voice-
box:

via 

Forum Voicemail

 (from a telephone whose number is not 

assigned to your voicebox)

z

by calling the voicebox directly (from a telephone whose 
number is assigned to your voicebox)

by means of the additional menu
